Shipping Times
The shipping times indicated are "business days" which do not include weekends & holidays in postal delivery standards even if your country has weekend delivery. Please note that customs delays may happen, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed as that is not in my control. However, tracking numbers are provided. Please allow extra time for any customs delays. Please ensure your address & postal code / zip code on your account are correct.
If you require your order by a specific date, please ask BEFORE ordering. Please do not leave a note at checkout asking to rush your order if you did not add Xpresspost Priority shipping.
Returns
As all items are made in my British Columbia jewelry studio in Canada mostly for brides, I don't accept returns as I only want to send out "brand new and unworn" items. Please carefully choose your item and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding my pieces BEFORE making your purchase. "Return to Sender" packages will be destroyed as items cannot be re-used.
In some circumstances, an exchange will be offered. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways--return to me and then exchange item sent back to you.
I will gladly offer a replacement or instructions for an easy repair if an item is faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact me with photos as soon as receiving your damaged item.
Packages Sent to Incorrect Address
Orders will ship to the address listed on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. If the item is returned to me, you will be responsible for the 're-shipping' fees.
Duties & Taxes
Any fees related to duty and/or custom taxes are your responsibility to be aware of. There will be no refund for a package that is rejected by buyer that does not pay import duties/taxes.
Tax for UK, Australia and NZ on Low Value Goods is collected by Etsy. For example, in the UK, if over £135, you will pay the tax and duty on arrival NOT when ordering. Please check your import limits in your particular country BEFORE ORDERING as these fees are your responsibility. These fees are NOT additional shipping charges.

These fees can be very high so please do your research before purchasing. If no taxes show on your receipt, none have been collected/remitted.
Packaging
I send most of my jewelry in boxes with ribbon but french hook earrings are usually sent in organza bags on jewelry cards. If you purchase earrings with french hooks but would prefer a box, please leave a note in the comment box when you check out.
Care of Your Jewelry
After each wear, gently wipe make-up and skin oils off with a polishing cloth.
Don't wear jewelry in hot tubs, pools or the ocean. Keep perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, lotions and other chemicals off your jewelry. Every few wears, rinse piece with luke warm water and gently dry with polishing cloth. Store your clean, dry jewelry in a zip lock bag or air-tight container to prevent tarnishing. Take your jewelry off before bed.😊

If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback but I hope you will respect that your item was handmade for you and don't demand that I accept your return or threaten me if I'm unable to accommodate your request or exchange.
I love to hear from you by Etsy Conversations if you have any questions about something in my store or concerns about your order. I do not respond to emails tied to my PayPal account as it will most likely end up in spam.
This shop is a one-woman home-based business and I do it all: "chef, cook and bottle washer". Production time is usually 1-5 business days and there may be 40 or more orders in front of you. Please upgrade to Xpresspost if you need your order asap.
International Orders
International orders to the UK, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand are always welcome and are sent with tracking. I cannot control how long it will take to deliver your package, so please be patient and allow plenty of time for it to arrive in your country. International buyers are responsible for any delay due to items being held in customs. Packages leave Canada quickly but delivery time depends on efficiency of your Customs or local post office. All packages have tracking.
Missing/Stolen Packages
I am not responsible for a package after the postal system says “delivered.” It is the buyer’s responsibility to have a secure mailbox and to track down the missing package or file a local police report if they feel that it was stolen. If in the US, you can also go to USPS.com and under "Help" file a report "Finding Missing Mail" or "Filing a Claim".
